11:00 AM - Drinking Jamaican, presented by Appleton
Famed drinks and rums of Jamaica are discussed and presented, featuring the rums of Appleton estate. We will be discussing the distillation process of Jamaican rums, sampling them, and give a brief history of the cocktails they’re famous in making. Includes at least two tastes of rum and two taster cocktails.
