Our take on the classic Three Dots and a Dash cocktail originally created by Don the Beachcomber to commemorate the Allied victory in WWII. According to intelligence reports, the recipe was lost for years but rediscovered by Jeff "Beachbum" Berry for his book Sippin' Safari. The subtle spice notes of the rum and the richness of the syrups really bring it home. Adapted by Craig Hermann and Justin DuPré for Tiki Kon: USO (2016) and served on the home bar tour.
