• We are a small business operating on a shoestring budget out of our basement. Please bear with us if there are website or purchasing glitches. We will do what it takes to make things right.
• Checkout and payment are handled using PayPal. You may check out using your PayPal account, or as a guest using a major credit card.
• Sales tax will be assessed at checkout for online purchases made by by Washington State residents. Sorry. Since we technically host Tiki Kon in Washington, we have to charge sales tax.
• Purchases are shipped using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate packaging with insurance. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
• If you order multiple items, we will combine shipping if we can and refund you the difference.
• All shipments are insured. However, due to the limited nature of our merchandise, if an item is damaged during shipment, we may not be able to replace it.
