We do collect information via third party online tools, including Google Forms for vendor and volunteer signups, Eventbrite for registration and ticket sales, Sendinblue for email subscriptions, and others. Any personal information we receive from these sources is held in the strictest confidence and will never be sold or given away to third parties, including our partners, sponsors, affiliates, or anyone else, though we may occasionally send interesting things to you on their behalf. If anyone outside Tiki Kon somehow obtains your information, they are either lying or have somehow hacked one of our third party services.
We reserve the right to automatically subscribe event attendees to both our general information mailing list and our attendee list. You may unsubscribe or update your preferences at any time using the links at the bottom of each email. However, we only send important event details and orientation guides to the attendee list, to help you better enjoy Tiki Kon. We may occasionally send messages on behalf of our sponsors to the general list, but we will never, ever give your contact information away.
