Terms and Conditions
There is no service charge for online purchases. We handle order processing and fulfillment ourselves, so please bear with us if there are issues with your order. We'll do what it takes to make things right. Within reason, of course.
Checkout and payment are handled using PayPal. You may check out using your PayPal account or as a guest using a major credit card.
All purchases must be picked up at Tiki Kon, July 8-9, 2015, at the registration desk. Unclaimed tickets and merchandise are non-refundable. Tickets and merchandise must be picked up by the purchaser, and photo ID may be required.
Online ticket and merchandise orders can be canceled and refunded until Friday, July 1, at midnight, under the following conditions:
Refunds requested up to 55 days after payment is completed will incur a $5 per item service charge, and the funds will be returned to the PayPal account or credit card used for purchase.
Refunds requested more than 55 days from the date of purchase will incur a $10 per item service charge, and the funds will be returned by mail in the form of a check.
Refunds for VIP Passes requested after May 8, 2016, will be charged a $25 per item service charge regardless of the date of purchase, due to personalized gift costs.
Ticket prices do not include lodging. Hotel rooms must be reserved directly from the Red Lion on the River - Jantzen Beach. See our Hotel page for details.
Paid tickets may be transferred to other guests at your discretion, but you must contact us by email at least 7 days prior to Tiki Kon weekend, to update the names on the tickets so that the new guests may pick them up. Personalized dog tags included in the VIP Weekend Pass will be updated with the new guest's name if transferred by May 8, 2016.
