We will only be in the air for 59 hours traveling at a miraculous 180 miles per hour.

The art of Miguel Covarrubias has had an influence on Polynesia Americana for generations. His “Pageant of the Pacific” wall murals inspired Don The Beachcomber and countless other Tiki watering holes, eventually gracing the end pages of the Book of Tiki. His “Art of the South Seas” illustrations were adopted by Trader Vic, and his work for Melville’s “Typee” ranks among the most evocative portrayals of Polynesian island idylls. Follow urban archeologist Sven Kirsten in an exploration of the luscious eye candy world created by this seminal artist.
