What's available nearby
Try this Google search to see the restaurants near the hotel. The Lloyd Center shopping mall is also directly across the street, offering a number of restaurants and a food court. There is also Safeway grocery store 1/2 mile from the hotel, on the other side of Lloyd Center.
One of our favorite nearby spots is Cliff's PDX, opened by Hale Pele alumnus Sierra and her husband Josh in late 2019. Cliff's serves elevated pub food and craft cocktails to rival some of the best spots in town. Visit the website for current hours and menu. For Tiki Kon weekend, they'll be featuring a selection of special Plantation Rum cocktails, with Sierra behind the bar every night. Available for dine-in, or give them a call for reservations, take-out, and limited delivery. One mile from the Doubletree.
Delivery services
These are just a few. Many area restaurants also offer delivery.
Can I bring food into the Tiki Kon shows?
With the exception of the Saturday banquet for Deluxe and Super Deluxe pass holders, our shows are not meant to be dining venues, and the hotel doesn't allow outside food to be brought in. However, you can order takeout from the hotel restaurant, Gather, and bring it into the nighttime shows if you really want to. We request that food not be brought into our symposiums or the vending marketplace.
