Enjoy a luscious buffet dinner inspired by the menu from Steve Crane's Kon-Tiki restaurant, which used to be located on hotel grounds when it was the Sheraton. Menu selections include vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Only available with the Deluxe and Super Deluxe Weekend Pass. Teva Oriata returns with a live Polynesian floor show while you dine.

Hibachi style beef tenderloin with ginger sauce on a bamboo skewer

Limestone Salad (Vegetarian, GF sans croutons)
Tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olives, croutons, cheddar, Parmesan cheese, with herb vinaigrette, buttermilk ranch, or low fat dressing

Chicken or tempeh with ginger root, black bean sauce, scallions, peppers, and garlic

Pork Tiki (GF)
Pork with roasted mushrooms, finely chopped vegetables, roasted and tossed with a sweet and sour sauce

Onions, peppers, broccoli, carrots, celery, and water chestnuts, with a hoisin glaze
