Hospitality suite - Standard group rate per night, plus tax
Everyone loves a room party! Host your own hospitality event in a governor suite, depending on availability, and get up close and personal with potential customers and VIPs. Because it's a private guest room, you're free to serve whatever food and drinks you like, sell merchandise, choose your open hours, and welcome as many guests as you like. We'll promote it in our official schedule, and social media. Available with Marquee, Presenter and Spotlight packages. 2 night minimum.
Poolside vending suite - varies
We have a very limited number of suites with a lanai that opens directly onto the pool area. These rooms are ideally suited for vending or exhibit spaces. Available as an add-on to Marquee packages for $162/night, plus taxes. Available with any other package for $495/night, minimum 3 nights.
Saturday exhibit space - $195-395
Tiki Kon boasts one of the most successful single-day tiki marketplaces in the nation. Our vendors and exhibitors enjoy a high-power day of selling and networking with buyers, then can relax and enjoy the rest of Tiki Kon weekend. 10x10 booth space included with Marquee or Presenter package. Available with any package as an add-on.
Spotlight exhibit space - $365
Put your booth in the middle of the action all weekend long with a spotlight exhibit space in our high-traffic reception lobby or lounge. Sponsors get priority for these extremely limited spaces.
Discounted weekend passes - 40% off regular price
Purchase additional weekend passes for your crew, or to use as giveaways. Tiki Kon regularly sells out, so passes make a great gift, or use a ticket giveaway to draw attention to your brand or bring more traffic to a physical location. Available with all sponsorship packages depending on availability.
Tiki Kon is not a 501(3)(c) organization, and contributions are not directly tax-deductible as charitable gifts. However, we treat sponsorships as marketing partnerships. Your contribution is likely deductible as a marketing expense. Please consult with your tax advisor.
